The battery system is different than those shipped with earlier Hi-Pod systems.  If you purchased a tower before April of 2017, you likely have an LCD which accepts a battery via a plate with pins on the back.  This battery system has a power pack style battery, with a simple charging cable (no pins / no external charger).

Any Hi-Pod tower can use this upgrade (both HDMI and Composite users).
